At Al Madina Tabarrukat, we handle Islamic tabarrukat with the utmost respect and care. Due to the sacred, sensitive, and spiritual nature of these items, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both our customers and the sanctity of the products.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged during transit
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product delivered)
• The item is significantly different from its description

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or video evidence.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to religious, hygienic, and preservation considerations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part:

• Sacred tabarrukat and relics
• Ghilaf-e-Kaaba pieces
• Riyaz ul Jannah carpets
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Approval Process

• Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide order details and supporting evidence
• Our team will review and confirm eligibility
• Approved returns will receive return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Any signs of misuse or tampering will void eligibility

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed after inspection
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, where applicable
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet (as mutually agreed)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to:

• Product availability
• Verification of returned item condition

Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by Al Madina Tabarrukat
• If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment only
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the original payment method
